Premium Car Rental

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to rent a car?

Residents: an Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Visitors: a passport, the visa entry stamp, and either a licence from an exempt country or an international driving permit. A credit card in the driver's name is required for the deposit.

How much is the security deposit?

It depends on the car and is held, not charged, on a credit card. The amount is confirmed in writing before delivery and released after the car is returned and any fines have cleared.

Is there a mileage limit?

Standard hires include 250 km per day. Additional kilometres are charged at a per-km rate stated on your confirmation. Long-term leases have their own allowance.

Who pays Salik, fuel, and fines?

You do, at cost. Salik and fuel are settled at the end of the hire. Traffic fines are registered against the plate, so they reach us first and are passed on with an administration fee.

Do you deliver the car?

Yes — delivery and collection are included within the city. Cross-emirate delivery is available for a surcharge, quoted when you enquire.

What is the minimum driver age?

It varies by vehicle and is listed on every car page: 23 for the Range Rover, S 500 and Escalade, and 25 for the performance and luxury cars.

Can I take the car to Oman?

Only with prior written approval and additional insurance arranged in advance. Ask before you book, as it is not available on every car.
