Mercedes-AMG G 63 — Blue

Mercedes-AMG G 63 — Blue

A proper deep blue rather than a wrap, with polished five-twin-spoke wheels and red brake calipers. It is the least shouty of the four G 63s here and the one that photographs best in daylight.

The interior is black leather with red seat belts and red contrast stitching, which is a lot easier to live with over a week than the full red cabins. Mechanically it is the same 585 hp car.

• 585 hp hand-built 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8
