Picking up a car at DXB, DWC, or AUH

Meet-and-greet works differently at each terminal. What to expect on arrival, and why a tracked flight number matters more than your landing time.

Three airports serve this region and they behave differently. Dubai International (DXB) is the busiest and splits across three terminals, so the airline matters as much as the airport. Al Maktoum (DWC) is quieter and quicker to clear. Zayed International (AUH) in Abu Dhabi is a different emirate and needs more lead time from us.

A handover at any of them is a meet in arrivals, not a desk in a car park. You clear passport control and collect your baggage first; the car and the driver are waiting landside when you walk out.

Give us the flight number, not the landing time

A landing time is a plan. A flight number is a fact, and it lets the arrival be tracked, so a delay costs you nothing and an early landing does not leave you waiting. This one detail prevents more airport problems than anything else on the booking form.

Allow a few minutes at the car for the condition report and the handover. Tell us the terminal if you are flying into DXB, and tell us if you are travelling with a child seat requirement or more luggage than the car's stated capacity — a Huracán takes one soft bag, and that is not a figure of speech.

Give us the flight number. A delayed landing then costs you nothing, and we are outside when you actually walk out.
